Reasons for Returns

Size / Fit / Change of Mind 

If for some reason, you find that the size/fit of the item you have purchased is not up to your expectations or that you simply changed your mind, Luna and Moon will be happy to make a one-to-one exchange or a refund in the form of store credits (excluding any postage cost). Please fill up the returns/exchange form which is included with your delivery and mail both item and form back to our warehouse (postage to be borne by you).

We will get in touch with you once we have received your returns. Please note that in the event we are unable to do a one-to-one exchange (due to item being out of stock), we issue store credits to you for the cost of the item (excluding any postage cost).

 

Incorrect item(s) / Defective item(s) received

We endeavour to ensure that you receive the correct item(s) purchased. At the same time, Luna and Moon strives for strict quality control. Unfortunately, there are certain occasions when human error prevails. We are sorry! 

Due to our error, Luna and Moon will bear the postage cost of your returns to our warehouse. You will have 3 options to select from - one-to-one exchange, store credits for the total amount paid or a full cash refund. 

Please do get in touch with us if such unfortunate issues arise. You will also be required to fill up the returns/exchange form which is included with your delivery and to mail both item and form back to our warehouse.

 

Our Returns Policy

All items must be returned new, undamaged, unused and unwashed and with all Luna and Moon garment tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or store credit refunds. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

No returns allowed on any sale/promotion/discounted items and sample pieces.

All returns/exchanges to be done within 14 days of our e-mail confirming your shipment. Returns to be shipped back to our warehouse at:

Refunds/Exchange Period

All refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 business days. Please contact us if you do not hear from us after this period.

 

Display Colours 

Luna and Moon makes every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as we can. However, as computer/laptop monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we are unable to guarantee that your monitor's display of colour will be completely accurate to that of our products colour. We will not be held responsible for any colour discrepancies from that of your monitor's display of colours and our product's colours.
